Role Overview
The Finance Control Assistant will support monthly financial closing, budgeting, and key analytical tasks. The role includes assisting the Finance Controller in preparing financial information, analysing variances, and creating clear, easy-to-read management reports.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records, trackers, and spreadsheets regularly.
Perform reconciliations and check accuracy of data in the system.
Assist in preparing budgets and feeding financial data into planning and reporting systems.
Conduct variance analysis to identify performance gaps.
Support in compiling monthly closing reports and documentation.
Assist the Finance Controller in preparing presentations and reports for regional and global management.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and accounting guidelines.
Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed.
Requirements
