💰 Salary: £39,513 - £42,708 (Grade 10, NJC scale points 30 – 33)
⏳ Contract: Full time (36 hours per week), permanent

Consilium Academies is a Multi-Academy Trust dedicated to improving the life chances of all children. We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Central Team. This is a key role supporting our Trust’s strategic financial planning, helping to ensure the financial strength and sustainability of our academies.

About the Role

As Finance Business Partner, you will:

  • Supporting the Director of Finance in delivering effective financial management across the Trust.
  • Producing 3–5 year budget forecasts and in-depth financial analysis.
  • Leading on monthly management accounts and reporting against key performance indicators.
  • Ensuring consistent financial policy implementation across a portfolio of academies.
  • Providing professional guidance and support to school-based finance staff.
  • Supporting Trust-wide projects including transformation, internal audit, dashboard reporting, and DfE submissions.

About You

We are looking for:

  • A highly motivated, detail-oriented finance professional.
  • A Level 3 qualification or higher in accountancy, finance, or business (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience in budget management, financial systems, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to train, support, and influence others.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a values-driven environment.
