Finance and Management Accountant

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance and Management Accountant to join a well-established growing business based in North Hykeham on a 12 month contract to cover maternity. This role is an integral part of the finance function and will require someone who can demonstrate and implement company values within their role.
o Supporting the Financial Controller with balance sheet reconciliations
o Profiling revenue for new to ensure recognition in accordance with accounting standards (IFRS15)
o Correct analysis of revenue by project and category on a monthly basis (UK/Non UK/Intercompany/External), liaising with QinetiQ where necessary to obtain accurate details
o Collation of month end information returns from each division
o Responding to queries in relation to revenue from auditors and QinetiQ
o Business Partner role working with Divisions re monthly forecast
o Preparation of Divisional annual budgets
o Ad hoc projects
The ideal candidate would be qualified or part qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA , have strong excel experience and experience of reporting to tight deadlines. Please only apply if you have the relevant experience and are in a position to start on short notice.
