As our Finance & Business Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the operational and financial backbone of our growing organization. You will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to oversee financial planning and compliance, manage cross-functional processes, and ensure that our operations are efficient and scalable across the DACH region.
In this role you will:
- Drive business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Coordinate controlling and financial reporting, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Lead operational process improvements (e.g., returns, RMA, factoring).
- Oversee compliance-related topics such as WEEE, packaging, ISO, and related legal frameworks in Germany.
- Manage documentation, contracts, terms & conditions, and ensure internal controls.
- Act as the liaison between finance, legal, and operations functions.
- Support local business needs.
What we expect of you:
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, controlling, business operations, or commercial coordination.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (additional certifications in controlling or finance are a plus).
- Solid understanding of financial and compliance frameworks in Germany (Austria & Switzerland experience is a plus).
- Hands-on and strategic mindset with strong process orientation.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems and tools.
- Experience in tech, B2B, or international business environments is an advantage.
