Compensation: $1,600 – $2,200 USD/month

A growing healthcare company based in the U.S. is seeking a Finance and Accounting Analyst to support its financial operations. This is a remote role open to candidates located in Latin America, ideal for professionals who enjoy working with data, streamlining financial systems, and driving operational improvements.

Role Overview:

As a Finance and Accounting Analyst, you will take ownership of billing analysis, bookkeeping, and reporting processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy across financial data and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and systems as the business scales.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze billing data using Excel, validate service accuracy, and provide insights through data visualization
  • Manage accounting tasks including bookkeeping, financial tracking, and reporting using QuickBooks
  • Prepare financial statements and assist in month-end closing activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements in financial workflows and reporting systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organize financial information using tools like Notion

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Slicers, Charts, and Data Visualization)
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and financial reporting best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to independently manage financial data
  • Project management skills and experience with collaborative documentation tools (e.g., Notion is a plus)
  • Based in Latin America and available to work 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pacific Time
