🔧 Your Role:

• Operate and optimize robotic systems for precise painting and drywall finishing.
• Perform inspections, calibrations, and maintenance to maximize performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with construction teams to meet project deadlines.
• Train team members on safe and effective robot use.
• Travel to different project sites across New Jersey.

🔑 What You Bring:

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics (motors, gears) and electronics (AC/DC systems).
• Problem-solving skills and a team-oriented approach.
