The Role

As a result of ongoing network upgrades and operational requirements, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Technician to maintain and optimise mobile and telecom infrastructure with a view to supporting critical national services.


Duties

  • Perform reactive, corrective, and preventative maintenance of telecom and non-telecom infrastructure
  • Support network upgrades, outage investigations, and SLA/CSL compliance
  • Liaise with field staff, subcontractors, and third parties as required
  • Participate in after-hours activities when necessary
  • Undertake special assignments and lead work activities as required
