Access Accountants is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to execute high-impact local marketing strategies, build partnerships, and drive brand awareness and business growth for our full product suite in Australia and New Zealand

About you:

You’ll be a hands-on marketer who excels at delivering results through local events, strategic partnerships, targeted campaigns, and thought leadership content. You’ll be the catalyst for demand generation, working across Access Accountants’ integrated solutions—empowering accounting firms and finance professionals with innovative technology tailored for the APAC market.

In this key role you’ll join a bold, innovative team shaping the future of accounting technology for firms and finance professionals across APAC. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, drive local market success, and be part of a company that values creativity, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Plan and execute local campaign execution & Event Management
    • Plan & execute local marketing campaigns, events & activations tailored for Australia & New Zealand
  • Drive Awareness & Demand
    • Create & execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, events, field marketing,) tailored to local market needs
  • Focus on Product Portfolio
    • Champion the full Access Accountant product suite, including practice management, tax & compliance, document management, workflow automation, client portals and reporting/analytics
  • Drive partnerships & Community Engagement
    • Identify & build relationships with local partners, associations and industry bodies and drive joint marketing initiatives and co-branded events to expand our footprint & credibility in the region
  • Prioritize Performance & ROI
    • Track, analyse and report on campaign and event performance, connecting marketing activities to business outcomes and experiment with new formats and tactics to continually improve engagement and conversion rates

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • 3+ years of B2B software marketing experience, ideally in accounting or finance technology.
  • Proven track record in executing local events, partnerships, demand generation campaigns, and content initiatives in Australia/New Zealand.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market landscape and buyer behaviours.
  • A Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign optimization and ROI analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
