Regional Marketing Manager – Germany/Benelux 

€85,000–95,000 + bonus + equity

Berlin/Munich preferred. But not essential.

German + English required.

 

You’re not here to churn out brochures or sit behind a webinar platform.

You want to be the one who makes marketing memorable: rooftop dinners, immersive light shows, activations that open doors and accelerate deals.

 

Right now, you’ve probably got ideas for bold campaigns that could move the needle. But bureaucracy, budget committees, or global HQ approvals are slowing you down. Sound familiar?

 

This is where you get the keys. You’ll own pipeline creation for Germany & Benelux. Your job is simple: create demand, fuel deal velocity, and give enterprise buyers experiences they’ll still be talking about months later. Think immersive brand moments, ABM plays that actually land, and regional campaigns tailored to your market. Not copy-pasted from the US...

 

Progression? Immediate seat at the table with sales leadership in Germany. Next, grow into Regional Lead or Head of Demand Gen as the region expands. Future? International leadership is wide open here for those who dare to be ambitious.
