  • The primary responsibility for this role will be executing events across the EMEA regions and helping the Field Marketing team to generate engagement and leads within our target accounts

  • You will need to leverage your expertise to manage and execute the event program, to maximise the return on the investments made

  • This role is crucial as it directly impacts the company's ability to connect with target audiences, generate leads, and drive sales through well-executed events

  • You will get to work on a variety of events from large sponsored third party events, small roundtables to seminars with 50-60 people

  • Execute the event program working with the Sales and Field Marketing on the selection of events and recommendations of sponsorship levels

  • Plan, coordinate and execute regional events such as conferences, webinars and roundtables
  • ,
  • Manage event logistics including (but not limited to) venue selection, swag, prize draws and promotional materials
  • ,
  • Work with the design team to create event collateral such as banners, handouts and social media assets

  • Manage the relationship with our event related vendors, such as the swag vendor

  • Coordinate pre and post event activities including social media strategy, lead capture, upload and follow ups

  • Manage program spend and own campaign ROI tracking and development, sharing results and recommendations with the wider marketing team
