- Provide technical support and guidance to Technician I team members; share best practices and assist in training when needed.
- Document and update work orders accurately in the tracking system, clearly communicating findings, actions, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Engineers and Operators to improve printer reliability, process efficiency, and component life cycle.
- Identify and recommend process or design improvements based on field learnings and recurring technical issues.
- Maintain a high standard of safety, ensuring compliance with ICON and site-specific requirements.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or field service roles.
- Demonstrated ability to perform intermediate troubleshooting on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong judgment in assessing issues and determining when to escalate or independently resolve problems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics, drawings, and manuals.
- Willingness to travel outside of Austin, TX, including extended stays, and to work on-call, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Proficiency in English, spoken and written.
