What we need: We’re hiring a Project Manager/Engineer to help build out a world-class R&D and pilot-production facility at QuantumScape. You will join a team charged with ensuring the company can rapidly scale its operations to commercialize the company’s groundbreaking energy storage technology. We are highly interested in candidates with a background in engineering, construction management, and facilities maintenance to own our capital expansion projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination and tracking of all projects located at our 4-building campus in San Jose. Knowledge, skills & abilities: Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience: ONSITE: This position is required to work onsite 5 days per week to meet the minimum essential duties and requirements of this position. As an on-site R&D and manufacturing operations organization, in-person face to face interaction is essential to building authentic relationships, trust, teamwork, and collaboration. Compensation & Benefits: Expected salary range for this role is from $122,300 to $186,500, and a final salary will be determined by the candidate's experience and educational background. QuantumScape also offers an annual bonus and a generous RSU/Equity package as part of its compensation plan.
