Experienced Case Managers, Nationwide, Full or Part Time, starting salary £35,000pa + benefits dependent on experience
Due to an influx in vacancies I am speculatively looking for experienced Case Managers with a background in one of the following fields:
* Neurology and Acquired Brain Injuries
* Paediatrics
* Spinal Injuries
* Catastrophic Injuries
As a Case Manager you will coordinate all aspects of care for patients with complex conditions. Ensuring their needs are met by liaising with therapists and other professionals to ensure the patients needs are being met.
Most opportunities will allow you to work from home and manage your own diary.
I am looking for someone who can cover a minimum of 22.5 hours a week (3 days). You must have a clean driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
You must be registered with the relevant professional body and CMSUK.
