ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a member of the Events Crew you'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence during our off-site events. This position is primarily focused on Beach Breathwork happening weekly on Sunday's and we will be expanding our off-site events schedule in the coming months. You can expect a fast paced, fun start-up environment working with inspiring individuals. This role is part time and paid.

- Every Sunday for the foreseeable future
- 3.5 hour shift from 8:30am to 12pm
- Lift equipment and carry about 100 yards onto the beach
- Must be able to lift at least 50+ lbs
- Paid hour break between 10am-11am
- Learn to set up audio and conduct soundcheck
- Provide a welcoming environment for guests
- Easy to work with in a team setting
Must have the ability to prioritize and adapt within a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Must have a solutions-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
