We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and strong ERP Implementation Consultant with project management skills for our North America market. The ERP Consultant will combine project management skills and Priority ERP functional knowledge to bring successful implementation services to our new and existing customers as part of the Delivery team of Priority Software USA.
Responsibilities:
- Consulting and managing implementation projects end-to-end, from kick-off to post-go-live support, including discovery, setup, data migration, and training.
- Discover and explore the customers’ business needs and provide practical solutions using Priority’s ERP offerings.
- Provide functional and technical expertise of Priority’s ERP solution to train end users and to enhance the implementation solution.
- Write technical specifications for Developers in order to customize and enhance the ERP solution, conduct testing and support deployment.
- Risk assessment and risk management.
- Maintain long-term collaborative relationships with customers and become their business ERP software expert.
- Collaborate with Priority’s internal development teams, delivery colleagues, and support teams.
- Write workflow documentation and SOPs (Standard operating procedure) tailored to the customer’s business needs.
- Support internal company-wide initiatives.
Requirements:
- 7 – years’ experience as an ERP Consultant for a software provider or an internal company ERP stakeholder
- ERP implementation and project management experience
- Strong training and presentation skills
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships at multiple levels to work cross-organizationally toward solutions and to build trust.

- Requires approximately 5-10% travel
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Computer Sciences related fields
Nice-to Have Experience and Knowledge
