ERP Business Solutions Consultant

• At Bluegrass Digital, we are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of ERP systems, from implementation to customization and ongoing support. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure their business processes are seamlessly integrated into the ERP solution, providing tailored software solutions and exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of ERP systems and integrated 3rd party solutions.
• Execute project tasks, including installations, upgrades, and system customizations.
• Provide comprehensive user training and develop accompanying training materials.
• Analyze and scope business processes, drafting Business Requirement Specifications (BRS).
• Deliver on-site, remote, and help-desk support for ERP solutions.
• Customize reports and forms to meet client needs.
• Conduct in-depth evaluations of customer requirements to tailor software solutions.
• Engage in business analysis to ensure alignment of solutions with client operations.
• Achieve and maintain necessary Acumatica certifications, ensuring continuous professional development.
• Stay current with the latest training through continuous badge refreshment.
• Effectively communicate with the team, project manager, and director to ensure project success.
• Maintain administrative duties such as updating timesheets and support cases.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Finance (BCom Finance/Information Systems), or Engineering is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and ERP financial systems.
• Experience with Business Analysis processes and software implementation.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft products.
• Certified Consultant in ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Acumatica) is advantageous, but experience with systems such as SAP, Syspro, NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, or Microsoft Business Central will be considered.
• Understanding of financial and business operational workflows in company settings.
• Prior experience in a similar role is essential.

• Expertise in managing end-to-end system/client projects, from information gathering, solution design, program specification, system configuration, and testing to user training, installation, troubleshooting, and continuous support.
• Strong problem-solving skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Additional Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Organized, dedicated, and capable of managing workload independently.
• Must have a home-based office setup with reliable connectivity.
