LOCATION: Mineola, New York (or remote)
SUMMARY: The Environmental Attorney will spearhead the Firm’s Environmental Law practice. The role includes a variety of transactional environmental responsibilities, such as reviewing properties for lenders, performing site review and verification, advising on remuneration issues, and guiding clients on air compliance, solid waste disposal, and due diligence.
REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years of transactional or litigation environmental experience (preference towards transactional/corporate)

Excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and diplomatically
