Enterprise Account Executive - Zoom Contact Center Specialist

What you can expect

We are seeking a talented individual Enterprise account executive with specialized experience in Contact Center sales. Understands the industry standards, and has the ability to partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase sales funnel.

Primary goal is to partner with sales Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers. Drive, build and manage pipelines for assigned territory.

Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience (8+ yrs) Enterprise Contact Center Sales Experience
  • Able to lead and manage strategic and complex Enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
  • Experience working within strategic Enterprise accounts
  • Experience leading others with product/services training; demo and sales guides; learning and training materials
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Able to travel as needed

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$200 700,00

Maximum:

$447 900,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
