About the job

• Meet and/or exceed your quota by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities at enterprise companies.
• Develop territory and account plans.
• Create and implement strategic plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Plan accounts and territories to prioritize and lead sales activities.
• Identify new customers.
• Conduct market research and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Collaborate with partners to create new customer opportunities and expand existing ones.
• Creatively source new prospects and thoughtfully position Securonix value proposition to suit their needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and industry expert to prospective customers.
• Stay current on competitor offerings and identify their strengths and vulnerabilities—why we win and why we lose.
• Turn client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and address competitive risks.
• Influence clients' decisions and advocate for clients' needs in negotiating solutions.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and effective ongoing account growth.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to accurately entering, updating, and maintaining periodic activity and opportunity information in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of closing experience at a technology company.
  • Specific sales experience in the Indonesia region.
  • Prefer individuals who can speak Bahasa.
  • Experience at an Enterprise SIEM company or Enterprise Cybersecurity Company with SIEM.
  • Strong track record of success driving revenue through prospecting and creating new business, predicting an accurate forecast, and demonstrating pipeline management.
  • Track record of exceeding quota in previous sales roles.
  • Highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work well independently and under pressure and be highly responsive to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn, absorb, and adapt quickly to ever-changing business priorities.
  • Well-versed with MEDDPPICC sales qualification methodology.
  • Critical thinking and creativity, demonstrating drive, initiative, curiosity, and a sense of urgency in acquiring customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to customer meetings as needed.
