Schedule: 10 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
- Act as a point of contact and maintain open lines of communication between the Senior management and other team members, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and review internal and external communications, including memos, and emails.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
