What you will do ✍️
- Managing a small team to deliver value
- Help recruit new team members
- Mentor and guide team members to create a culture of continuous improvement and learning
- Optimise and improve delivery processes to achieve more
- Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to plan, execute and communicate delivery
