This is a unique opportunity to lead innovation at the intersection of reliability, scalability, and developer experience as we scale globally.

  • Drive and own the transition from a traditional Site Reliability Engineering role toward a modern platform engineering mindset. This includes leading automation efforts, building self-service tooling to empower developers, and laying the foundation for a scalable new web platform aligned with organizational architecture goals.

  • Own and track key SRE metrics such as provisioning lead time and SRE effort hours to measure efficiency and continuously improve workflows and impact.

  • Overseeing the architecture and implementation of robust infrastructure, monitoring, and automation solutions to maintain high system uptime and performance.

  • Own the Developer Experience and elevate DevEx and productivity across DataSnipper.

  • Empower your team to manage incidents, conduct post-mortems, and drive continuous improvements for operational resilience.

  • Own and execute the SRE roadmap, setting best practices for service-level objectives (SLOs), error budgets, and capacity planning.

  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to optimize reliability and deliver scalable solutions for customers worldwide.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years managing SRE or engineering teams, driving performance, reliability, and professional development.

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale cloud solutions and managing high-performing teams.

  • Deep hands-on expertise with Azure ( preferred) or AWS or GCP cloud platforms, infrastructure automation (Terraform), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and message queuing systems.

  • Demonstrated expertise in people management with the ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment, effectively shape team dynamics, and align individual strengths toward shared goals.

  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, monitoring and observability tools, and incident management.

  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages relevant to automation and platform management, with familiarity using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for coaching and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing scale-up environment

What We Offer:
