The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in back-end development and a proven track record of leading and mentoring a team.

- Extensive working experience as BE developer (node.js and in particualr nest.js experience is a big plus).
- Proven experience as a Engineering Manager ( > 2 years) or in a similar leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of frontend developers.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and design modern cloud based solutions with a focus on security, quality, and maintainability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross - functional teams.
- Agile and pragmatic start-up state of mind: result focus and great collaboration skills.
