This is a hands-on role where you ll lead from the front, rolling up your sleeves and getting involved at every stage. From the initial machine delivery and coordinating site resources, through setup, commissioning, and staff training, you ll ensure everything runs efficiently and effectively. Once operational, you ll continue to oversee the machinery s performance managing maintenance, driving efficiency improvements, and supporting the wider engineering environment. What you ll need: Experience in an engineering operations or engineering project management role A hands on approach and not afraid to get your hands dirty Practical mechanical / fitting experience An engineering qualification or time served experience What you ll get: A basic salary circa £65,000 + Company Bonus 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Monday to Friday working week 5% company contributed pension Opportunities for professional development and growth
