About the opportunity

EY AI & Data is the data and advanced analytics capability within EY Asia-Pacific, with over 500 specialist employees working across multiple industry sectors. We implement information-driven strategies, data platforms and advanced data analytics solution systems that help grow, optimize and protect client organizations. We go beyond strategy and provide end to end design, build and implementation of real-life data environments and have some of the best architects, project managers, business analysts, data scientists, big data engineers, developers and consultants in the region.

We are seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager who can lead end-to-end engagements, including pre-sales, sales enablement, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale and complex cloud implementations, with exposure to Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) environments being a strong advantage.
You will be a key client-facing leader, responsible for shaping cloud transformation programs, driving business growth, and ensuring successful delivery in both public and private sector engagements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive end-to-end client engagements from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop solution strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Translate client requirements into actionable solution designs in partnership with technical and delivery teams.
  
• Manage project scope, budget, resources, and timelines for complex cloud implementations.
  
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client and internal teams.
  
• Provide governance and oversight across delivery phases to ensure quality and compliance.
  
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business development.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology consulting, cloud delivery, or digital transformation roles.
• Background in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or cloud migration.
• Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale cloud transformation projects, preferably in complex or regulated environments.
  
• Experience in sales and pre-sales including responding to RFPs, crafting solution approaches, and engaging senior clients.
  
• Hands-on familiarity with cloud technologies – Microsoft Azure preferred, but open to AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  
• Exposure to Singapore Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) frameworks or equivalent government-sector cloud delivery is a strong advantage.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage both business and technical stakeholders.
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or GCP equivalent) are a plus.
• Background in systems integration, enterprise architecture, or cloud migration.
