About the job
Our Seattle office is seeking an Of Counsel with 8+ years of experience in employment litigation and class actions to join our growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in litigation, working directly with client representatives and opposing counsel. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, managing discovery-related activities and investigations, and preparing position statements and dispositive motions. We offer our attorneys numerous opportunities for writing, publishing, and speaking, as well as access to comprehensive professional development programs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
- Candidates must possess 8 or more years of Class Action experience in Washington.
- Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.

Benefits
In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $240,000 and $280,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
