The Emiratisation Lead (Corporate Services) is responsible for leading and optimizing the Emiratisation program’s operations and evolution within Group HR at Al-Futtaim, aligning with organizational goals and government mandates. The role drives Emiratisation strategy execution across Corporate Services by sourcing, attracting, selecting, and facilitating retention of UAE Nationals; coordinating with business unit line managers to pursue the National Development Program; and networking with National Placement Agencies, Universities, Education and Technical Boards to build and maintain a database of UAE Nationals for placement demand. The Lead represents the organization at Career Fairs, Placement Workshops, and Seminars for national job seekers; ensures the success of critical development programmes (e.g., Emirati Graduate Programme, Internship Learning Programme); develops and maintains relationships with local Government bodies supporting Emiratisation; and ensures awareness of and compliance with UAE regulations, including the Tawteen programme. The role provides inputs to Training and Emiratisation trainers for orientation and development programs, prepares yearly plans to place UAE student trainees across group companies (covering induction, orientation, progress monitoring, and college feedback), and provides input to function budget requirements while tracking Emiratisation function expenses within budget. The position requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong presentation and reporting skills, numerical analysis and market portfolio assessment proficiency, and the ability to influence and collaborate across HR initiatives to integrate UAE Nationals effectively into the workforce and achieve nationalization targets.
