Services include, cardiac rehab, emergency care, laboratory services, physical therapy, radiology, respiratory therapy, surgical services and much more. **Community Description** Eatonton is located in the heart of Georgia\'s Lake Country and filled with antebellum homes, boutique shopping and recreation.
