JOB SUMMARY & KEY OBJECTIVES:
Assist the Plant Electrician in performing maintenance, repairs, and installation of electrical components for the Northwood Facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Identify, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems to maintain and improve operations
- Perform routine maintenance, installation of conduit, and run wire
- Troubleshoot to install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring equipment using hand, power, and precision measuring tools.
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment appliances, apparatus, and fixtures.
- Assist with the maintenance of equipment to meet electrical code and safety
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams and perform functions from those documents
- Audit electrical systems and lighting systems for safety and efficiency of cost
- Follow all safety rules, guidelines and General Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

- Electrical Certificate

- Experience with Allen Bradley ladder logic programming
