EIS Developer in Insurance Project (Warsaw/Hybrid)

As part of our Technology Consulting practice, we are seeking experienced professionals to join a strategic transformation initiative for a leading Insurance Client. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a large-scale project focused on core insurance system transformation, process and product implementation, and the integration of modern digital insurance capabilities.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop components of the EIS v12 platform
  • Integrate with external systems (e.g., banking, accounting, payment gateways)
  • Participate in code reviews, demos, and technical discussions
  • Support DevOps activities and CI/CD pipelines
  • Work in Agile methodology within large, multi-team environments
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment and quality of deliverables

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Solid experience in backend development (Java, Spring Boot)
  • Hands-on experience with EIS v12 or similar insurance platforms
