Position Overview:
As a Driver Ambassador operating the MiCa autonomous shuttle, you’ll ensure safe, efficient, and engaging rides for all passengers. This role goes beyond driving: you’ll manage shuttle operations, maintain vehicles, and provide a friendly, informative experience to our riders. You’ll also oversee pre-shift prep, mid-day operations, vehicle charging, and parking, helping Circuit maintain seamless service coverage from Thursday- Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the MiCa autonomous shuttle in accordance with the daily service schedule.
• Manage pre-shift transit, morning and afternoon shuttle operations, and midday vehicle charging and transit.
• Oversee parking and charging operations, requiring an additional hour of work daily.
• Provide an engaging and safe experience for all riders, serving as the friendly face of Circuit.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform pre- and post-shift inspections.
• Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines, vehicle specifications, and operational protocols.
• Use technology, including iPhones, GPS, and controllers, to monitor and operate shuttles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of safe driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license; chauffeur’s or commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to use technology such as iPhone, GPS, and vehicle controllers.
• Must complete a minimum one-week training program.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and during flexible hours, including 3-4 hour shifts, Thursday through Sunday
• Physical requirements: able to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must meet vehicle weight and height requirements as per manufacturer specifications.
