Technical Skill:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories
Establish and manage the stakeholder forum, gather requirements from end users and manage the development plan tightly.
Product Development & Management:
Lead the entire product development lifecycle from discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Work closely with technology, ops, sales, prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Manage product roadmap and delivery.
Oversee the development process, including agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Engage stake holders for testing, sign off and pivot according to the feedback.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Generative AI models: In depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), and their applications (e.g., text generation, image generation, code generation, summarization, conversational AI).
