Overview
This is a quota carrying position that will manage a team of new business sales professionals. The Director of Sales (APAC) primary responsibility is to grow new business sales across the Enterprise sales organization within the region. Other responsibilities include sales team management, performance management, pipeline reviews, contract negotiations, territory plans, territory reviews, sales forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Consistently improve and grow new business sales.
- Develop sales strategies and processes based on market research, competitor analyses, and peer input.
- Ensure sales quotas of the sales teams across the region are met through direction and execution of sales policies and practices.
- Coach and train the sales team, ensuring that the sales reps are equipped with essential skills sets to grow the business, developing interventions whenever necessary to manage sales reps’ performance

- Min Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
- Large account/Enterprise sales experience in a B2B environment. Experience in professional or technology services sectors preferred.
- Strategic selling sales experience in a long sales cycle environment within large accounts where decisions are distributed cross functionally.
- Minimum 12 years B2B sales experience in large accounts
- Led regional or global sales opportunities, managing complex decision-making matrixes
- Proven track record in leading sales teams
Knowledge & Skill:
- Strong business acumen, with a strong hunter instinct
- Has broad general knowledge of all relevant business relationships within a company.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Stakeholder (internal and external) management skills
- Resourceful and a self-starter with an ability to navigate organizational constraints while delivering results
- Demonstrates people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and bring out the best in teams.
