As Basta scales, we're looking for a Director of Strategic Operations who can solve our most critical cross-functional challenges and build the systems that enable sustainable growth. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving, serving as both a rapid response leader for urgent operational challenges and an architect of durable solutions.
