Director of Operations Strategy

## Responsibilities: 📍Lead annual and quarterly planning, ensuring all teams are aligned with strategic goals. 📍Track and monitor goals/roadmaps to ensure alignment with Sentient mission & strategy. 📍Facilitate cross-functional coordination, resolving dependencies and bottlenecks. 📍Collaborate with department heads to drive execution and accountability. 📍Be a positive force for operational excellence, improving company and cross-functional velocity through collaboration, communication and process. ## Requirements: 📍3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business development, investment banking or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment 📍MBA / Investment Banking / Consulting experience is a plus 📍Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and company-wide planning. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, 📍Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to build consensus. 📍Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Looking for your next challenge?
