What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Proven record of achieving measurable gains in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality systems, and supply chain management.
