What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Organize, categorize and publish content and information using specific tools and channels, for use by different groups and individuals within the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Ensure timely execution of all ranging activity across grocery and general merchandise categories, managing product setup for 20,000+ SKUs annually. • Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the ranging process. • Collaborate with trading teams to ensure new product launches are delivered successfully. • Partner with supply chain and online operations to enhance product availability and substitution experience. • Work with cross-functional e-Commerce teams to align customer, category, and supplier priorities. • Continuously refine processes to drive sales and efficiency improvements. • Contribute strategic input to stay competitive, including influencing technical development discussions. • Foster an insight-led culture; collaborate with optimisation teams to test, learn, and enhance performance through available tools and data. • Engage with internal product teams and external partners to ensure digital initiatives are well-planned and effectively delivered. • Measure success through KPIs such as sales, availability, substitution rejection rate, bounce rate, conversion, and stakeholder satisfaction.
