The Digital Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging and innovative multimedia content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. This role involves developing creative concepts, shooting and editing videos, writing compelling copy, and aligning all content with brand identity and marketing objectives. Working in a collaborative environment, the creator ensures that all output is culturally relevant, audience-specific, and compliant with UAE media regulations.


Responsibilities:

  • Creating high-quality visual and written content for social media channels, websites, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Developing creative concepts and content calendars in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.

  • Shooting, editing, and publishing short-form videos, reels, and photos tailored for different digital platforms.

  • Writing clear, SEO-optimized copy for posts, product descriptions, and online campaigns.

  • Monitoring content performance and user engagement using analytics tools, and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Ensuring all content aligns with the brand tone, voice, and UAE cultural sensitivities.

  • Staying up to date with digital trends, social algorithms, and audience preferences in the GCC region.

  • Managing media assets and organizing content libraries for easy retrieval and reuse.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital communications, preferably within the UAE.

  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

  • Strong photography and videography skills, including knowledge of lighting, framing, and storytelling.

  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage for bilingual content creation.

  • Understanding of UAE media laws, content guidelines, and cultural norms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
