Digital Communications Officer- £15ph Umbrella- Contract- Chester
My Client has released an exciting opportunity to join their team on a contract basis in Chester.
Key Responsibilities:
– Create and maintain content for the Council’s corporate website
– Assist in the creation of e-newsletters
– Meet with officers and councilors to develop concepts for websites
– Collate and write content for websites
– Build WordPress websites from initial install to delivery
– Develop search engine optimisation strategy for council websites
– Assist the Communication Team in delivering webcasts
Experience required:
– Operation of websites through content management systems
– Experience of working with WordPress
– Creation of web pages using WordPress
– Experience of using Photoshop or Fireworks
– Experience of using Dreamweaver Image editing and manipulation
– Web streaming
