Job Description:
The Digital Business Analyst III plays a key role in supporting discovery, design, and implementation of customer experience initiatives across multiple systems and processes. This position bridges business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure delivery of high-value solutions.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity after 6 months. Parking is not reimbursed until transition to full-time employment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Partner with product owners and business process owners to document requirements and align on business priorities.

Coordinate with SMEs to capture business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Support delivery of the customer product roadmap by aligning business needs with system design.

Lead functional design solution discussions across multiple product teams.

Establish and track KPIs to measure value/impact of delivered capabilities.

Maintain documentation, backlogs, and project artifacts in JIRA and Confluence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and program updates for stakeholders.

Coordinate QA testing, integration efforts, and system design validation.

Collect and analyze data for process improvements, contributing to the Business and Data Glossary.

Run program standups, demos, and cross-team communications.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

8 years of relevant business analysis experience.

Knowledge of data management, data governance, and business systems integration.

Hands-on experience with:

JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies

Salesforce (Sales & Service Cloud)

SQL

MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Lucid Charts

Analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.
