About the job

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with a strong operations mindset to bridge development and operations. You will ensure reliable software delivery through automation, infrastructure management, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to optimize build and release processes.
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor on-premises infrastructure.
  • Implement security and compliance best practices (NIS2).
  • Troubleshoot deployment, performance, and infrastructure issues.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools to enhance operational capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of Linux (or similar) administration experience (RHEL flavour).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-sufficient, research-driven approach.
  • Solid understanding of database fundamentals; Oracle DB administration is a big plus.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
