Qualifications:
- Learn the relevant product suite and support onboarding engineering teams onto the platform.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Bicep/Terraform as requested by the delivery team.
- Monitor support channels, respond to inquiries, and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Address defects as prioritized by the Delivery Team.
- Write unit, integration, and interoperability tests, integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, and recommend testing solutions to the product team.
- Update product documentation based on priorities set by the Delivery team.
- Participate in technical discussions and solution design as requested by the Delivery team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
