What the job involves
- At Figment, we’re building and running staking infrastructure that powers dozens of the most innovative blockchain networks ,
- We’re looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our Staking Team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience operating production systems while learning from a group of experienced engineers ,
- Support the deployment and operation of staking tools to perform blockchain operations on multiple networks ,
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues alongside senior engineers ,
- Write scripts and tools (Python, TypeScript, or Go) to automate tasks and improve workflows ,
- Help maintain AWS-based infrastructure and learn to manage Kubernetes clusters with Helm ,
- Contribute to the monitoring and alerting of system health and performance ,
- Participate in an on-call rotation (with mentorship and guidance) to support production systems
