About the job
Overview
About the role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who’s excited to learn how to build, test, and maintain modern cloud infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced DevOps engineers and SDETs to ensure our cloud environments, infrastructure-as-code components, and CI/CD pipelines are reliable, secure, and continuously improving.
You’ll start by focusing on testing and validation — automating checks for infrastructure, pipelines, and deployment configurations. Over time, you’ll grow into broader DevOps ownership, including automation, observability, and delivery optimization across projects.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Test and validate infrastructure-as-code (IaC) components (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps) — identify issues, validate builds, and contribute to improvements.
- Participate in automation testing for infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Work with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — starting from testing and configuration validation.
- Learn to monitor and debug infrastructure and deployment issues with senior mentorship.
- Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and best practices in testing and automation.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring
- Good understanding of DevOps concepts — CI/CD, containers, cloud, and automation.
- Previous exposure to infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge (Python, Bash, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar).
- Basic understanding of QA flows and testing practices — e.g., test automation concepts, validation steps in pipelines, or working alongside QA teams.
- Eagerness to test, learn, and improve — especially in automation and infrastructure reliability.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and modern development workflows.
- Curiosity, collaboration, and a proactive learning mindset.
Salary ranges: 2200 - 4450 € gross
