The Position
Playing a crucial role in leading and directing the wider team, you’ll act as the glue that holds things together. You’ll provide coaching and mentorship, ensuring the smooth running of projects – hitting the brief and budget every time!
You’ll present to clients and internal teams with ease, selling the how and why behind your concepts and inspiring beautiful work with the passion and conviction of a true creative leader.
Just as ready to roll up your own sleeves, you’ll make the most of your stellar design skills, conceptual eye, and innovative approach, spotting opportunities and market trends which could help your clients and the agency to grow.
What We’re Looking For
A driven and dedicated Design Director, you have a solid understanding of the world of branding and design, working consistently in this industry to hone your skills and perfect your craft so you can constantly bring great ideas to the table.
Passionate about relationship building and business development, you’ll be an excellent communicator who is comfortable dealing with everyone from internal junior designers to senior client partners.
We’re looking for an impressive portfolio from an experienced and inspiring leader, ready to nurture talent and help those around you to grow and succeed – you’ll care about what you do and know how to inspire the same in others!
