Responsibilities:

Team management and construction

• Lead and manage the design team, formulate team development strategies, and improve the overall design level of the team
• Guide the daily work of UI/UE designers, advertising designers, and creative designers, and provide professional design guidance and feedback

• Develop and implement the design strategy of the company's products to ensure consistency in design style and user experience
• Participate in the overall positioning and strategy formulation of the company's products, promote design innovation, and ensure the competitiveness of products in the market

• Responsible for the UI and UE design of all the company's apps (including cryptocurrency wallets, payment wallets, information live broadcasts, etc.) to improve the user experience of the products

• Responsible for the visual image design of the company's brand and ensure the consistency of the brand in different media

• Develop and maintain design standards and specifications to ensure consistent design quality
• Optimize design workflow, improve design efficiency, and ensure on-time project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in design-related majors, with relevant educational background in art design, visual communication, etc.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English reading and writing skills. (To liaise with Chinese Speaking client)

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience in UI/UE design, brand design, etc.
• Have design management experience in Internet companies or large enterprises, and be familiar with the design process and management methods of medium and large projects
• Candidates with extensive experience in mobile product design and a certain understanding of cryptocurrency, payment, sports live streaming, etc. are preferred.

• Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Familiar with the user experience design process, with excellent user research, interaction design and visual design capabilities
