St Nicholas Preparatory School is a vibrant, mixed ability co-educational day school for pupils aged 2 years 9 months-11 years. It is set in a beautiful location overlooking Hyde Park in the centre of London.
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and forward thinking full time Deputy Head who will work closely with the Headmistress and members of the Senior Leadership Team to help lead the school in the next stage of its development.
To start: January or April 2018
St. Nicholas Preparatory School prepares pupils for 11+ entry to senior London day schools. As well as providing a rigorous academic curriculum to meet the needs of all pupils, the school prides itself on its wide ranging extra curricular programme and excellent pastoral care. The post presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious and skilled classroom practitioner who has experience of the 11+ process and has had extra responsibilities in a prep school setting. It is expected that the Deputy Head will also be the school’s DSL.
