The ideal candidate will be capable of independently leading AI projects end-to-end, mentoring junior team members, and turning models into production-ready solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms for real-world use cases across domains.Lead end-to-end project execution, including data preparation, model training, tuning, and productionization.Guide and mentor junior team members, and collaborate across functions for model integration.Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in Python or R, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Sklearn.Strong in data preparation, feature engineering, model tuning, and deployment best practices.Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and a good grasp of statistics, ML/DL theory, and working with large or skewed datasets.3–5 successful AI/ML project implementations in production environments.Excellent communication, team collaboration, and a proactive mindset for learning new tools and technologies.
