Present analytical findings and model insights to executive teams effectively. Optimize model performance and accuracy through continuous evaluation and improvement. Required Qualifications MS or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python and R are essential. Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Expertise in SQL and data manipulation techniques. Strong statistical analysis skills with a focus on practical applications. 37 years of experience in a Data Science role within an analytics setting. Excellent communication abilities to convey complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders. Familiarity with big data technologies is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools to create clear and informative reports. Must be willing to work onsite in Huntington Beach, CA, and possess a strong appreciation for the local business environment.
