Data & Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and self-sufficient Data & Reporting Analyst to support internal stakeholders and C-level executives with data-driven insights. This role will be pivotal in maintaining and developing Power BI and Looker reports, leveraging data from our internal GCP and BigQuery data warehouse. As the right-hand person to the current lead, you will take ownership of reporting and database management, ensuring seamless data operations and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Looker for internal and executive-level consumption.
• Manage and optimize data workflows within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery.
• Perform SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data effectively.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insightful solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reports.
• Support decision-making processes by providing meaningful data visualizations and analytics.
• Work closely with leadership to drive efficiencies in data reporting and insights.

Requirements

• Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years)
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Power BI, Looker, SQL, GCP, and BigQuery.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Self-Sufficiency: Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus for cultural fit but not mandatory.
